Terms of use

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account. One account per person. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has it.

What you post

You keep ownership of what you write, and you give us permission to display it on the site. Do not post anything unlawful, abusive, misleading, spammy, or that you do not have the right to share. Referral and affiliate links from members are not allowed. Our community guidelines explain the details.

Moderation

We may edit, hide or remove any post, and warn, suspend or ban any account, when the guidelines are broken. Repeated or serious breaches mean a permanent ban.

Deals are not offers from us

Prices, stock and terms belong to the retailer and change without notice. We do not sell anything and we are not a party to your purchase. Always check the price and the retailer's own terms before you buy.

Affiliate links

Some outbound links may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. This never affects how a deal is ranked.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site grows. Continuing to use Deals Heist after a change means you accept the updated terms.
